I like the cleanliness of this theme. Presumably it would work equally well as a regular web site even if I did not want to integrate it with Buddypress straight away.

Mentoring program
The national ICL mentoring program unites new ICL members seeking professional guidance and support with more experienced ICLs who are willing to volunteer their time to assist new ICLs.
To ensure mentors and mentees build mutually beneficial relationships in a confidential, non-judgmental environment, the Program will be supported through the Group Forums facility of the website.
